Our client is an established, privately owned property group with a growing portfolio of retail and commercial assets. Known for its hands-on approach and focus on creating vibrant, community-focused destinations, they are now seeking a Marketing Executive to join their growing team and support a portfolio of retail shopping centres.

The Role:

n

An exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to take ownership of day-to-day marketing across a growing portfolio of retail centres in the Hunter Region.

n

- Deliver marketing campaigns, events, activations and seasonal initiatives
n
- Manage social media, content creation, photography, video and community engagement
n
- Build strong relationships with retailers,



centre teams and local stakeholders
n
- Coordinate suppliers, contractors, signage and on-site campaign delivery
n
- Support retailer promotions, store openings and centre activations
n
- Develop local partnerships and community initiatives
n
- Create marketing collateral using Canva and brief external suppliers
n
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, campaign tracking and marketing administration
n
- Monitor campaign performance, digital engagement and centre traffic
n

The Candidate

n

n
- 2+ years' marketing experience
n
- Experience within retail, property, hospitality or another customer-facing environment highly regarded
n
- Strong social media and content creation skills
n
- Confident using Canva
n
- Highly organised with strong project coordination skills
n
- Comfortable working autonomously across multiple locations
n
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
n
- Hands-on, creative and commercially minded
n

This role will be predominantly based across the Hunter Region, with one day per week in the North Sydney.
