We’re now looking for a high-performing Branch Manager to lead our Horsham and Warracknabeal dealerships and drive the continued growth of our aftersales operations.
About the Role As Branch Manager, you will take ownership of the overall performance of the dealerships Parts, Service and Administration functions, leading a team to deliver robust commercial results, outstanding customer service and a positive team culture.
You’ll play a key leadership role in:
Driving branch performance and achieving KPI and budget targets
Leading, developing and engaging your team
Strengthening customer relationships and growing the client base
Promoting the business through local events, field days and community engagement
