About the Role

n

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader - Wrapping to lead our packaging line on the morning shift. This role requires hands-on technical expertise across both horizontal flow-wrapping and vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) equipment, along with proven leadership of operators in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Core Responsibilities

- Run the wrapping line safely and efficiently to the approved production plan, specifications and output targets
n
- Lead the packaging team during the shift, allocate positions, coordinate breaks and maintain clear communication with Production, Baking, Warehouse and Quality
n
- Complete line clearance, pre-start inspections, recipe or SKU set-up, film and label verification, date-code checks and first-off pack approval
n
- Monitor throughput, waste, downtime, seal integrity, pack presentation and product handling throughout the run

Non-Negotiable Experience

n

n
- Demonstrated,



hands-on experience operating a horizontal flow-wrapper line in a food-manufacturing or high-volume FMCG environment
n
- Experience with vertical wrapping / vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) equipment
n
- Able to complete machine set-up, changeovers, film loading and alignment, product and seal adjustments, start-up checks and shutdown procedures
n
- Strong fault-finding ability, including identifying recurring stoppages, seal issues, registration or tracking problems, film-feed issues, jams and inconsistent pack quality
n
- Previous responsibility for leading operators or acting as a line leader, team leader, senior operator or shift lead
n
- Knowledge of food safety, GMP, allergen controls, traceability, quality checks and safe machine operation
