Join the Adolescent and Young Adult Pelvic Pain and Endometriosis Service as a Nurse Navigator, leading coordinated, patient-centred care and supporting young people through their healthcare journey while improving access, outcomes and experiences through specialist clinical leadership and multidisciplinary collaboration.

About the role

n

Permanent full time opportunity to demonstrate accountability at an advanced practice level for managing and coordinating ongoing care for adolescent and young adult consumers/patients across Metro North with pelvic pain and endometriosis.

n

This role will provide specialist nursing advice, consultation, leadership and education to support the interprofessional team as relevant to the specific context of the role.
