Job Description

We're looking for process workers and cleaners for a seafood processing facility in East Brisbane.

n

$33 per hour [+ penalties where applicable]. Casual, ongoing, with consistent hours for people who turn up and do the job properly.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Working on the processing and packing line - grading, weighing, packing and labelling
n
- Cleaning and sanitising equipment, benches, floors and work areas
n
- Wash-downs at the end of the run
n
- Moving product in and out of chillers and freezers
n
- Removing waste and keeping walkways clear
n
- Basic paperwork - cleaning checklists and temperature records
n
- Following food safety, hygiene and WHS procedures
n

What we need from you

n

n
- Reliability - turn up, on time, every shift. This is the whole job.
n
- Comfortable working in cold and wet conditions (chillers ~2°C)
n




- Able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 20kg
n
- Happy to follow a process and take direction
n
- Full working rights in Australia
n
- Access to reliable transport
n

n

Previous factory, food processing, kitchen or commercial cleaning experience is a bonus, but not required.
