Compass is seeking a Head of Engineering to own end-to-end engineering delivery and lead a ~40-50 engineers across Compass, SchoolBytes, Griddle and Clipboard. Reporting to the CPTO, you’ll shape operating models, headcount plans and career frameworks to support a product-led SaaS setting.
You’ll work with Development Managers and Tech Leads to ensure scalable, secure and reliable delivery, while fostering a strong engineering culture and cross-functional collaboration across AU/UK/Ireland.
