Landscape Labourers and Landscape Maintenance

Looking for flexible outdoor work with a great team and quality projects?

We're looking for casual Landscape Labourers and Landscape Gardeners to join an established landscaping team working across high-end residential properties throughout Brisbane.

n

With multiple positions available across both landscape construction and garden maintenance, this is a great opportunity for experienced outdoor workers looking for flexibility, consistent work and a quality team environment.

n

About the Roles

n

Depending on your experience, you could be working alongside our landscape construction crews or joining our garden maintenance teams.
n Casual shifts are available from 1 to 5 days per week, making these roles ideal if you're looking for regular casual work or something that fits around other commitments.

n

Reliable team members will also have the opportunity for ongoing work.

n

Landscape Labouring

n

You'll be assisting experienced landscapers across premium residential landscape construction projects.
n Duties may include:

n

- Turf preparation and laying
n
- Moving soil, mulch, gravel and materials
n
- Wheelbarrow work and general site clean-up
n
- Digging and garden preparation
n
- Planting and mulching
n
- Assisting with paving, edging and retaining walls
n
- Using basic hand and power tools
n
- General labouring and site preparation
n
- Supporting the team to keep projects running smoothly
n

n

For those with gardening or landscape maintenance experience, you'll be helping maintain established high-end residential gardens across Brisbane.
n Duties may include:

n

n
- Mowing and lawn maintenance
n
- Whipper snipping and edging
n
- Hedging and pruning
n
- Weeding and garden bed maintenance
n
- Spraying and general weed control
n
- Plant care and maintenance
n
- Mulching and garden clean-ups
n
- Using commercial gardening equipment and hand tools
n

Requirements

n

What We're Looking For Previous experience in landscaping, landscape maintenance, gardening, construction, civil or similar hands‐on outdoor work is highly regarded.
n For the garden maintenance positions, previous experience with mowing, edging, hedging, pruning and general garden maintenance will be particularly valuable.
n These are active outdoor roles, so you'll need to be comfortable with physical work and working outside throughout the day.
n You'll also need:

- A strong work ethic and reliable attitude

- Good physical fitness
n
- Ability to work well as part of a team

- White Card
n
- Driver's licence and own reliable transport
n
- Punctuality and reliability
