For more than 20 years, we have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality cabinetry and joinery to residential and commercial builders throughout Brisbane and South East Queensland.

We operate from a modern manufacturing facility with advanced CNC machinery and integrated production systems. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Cabinet Vision Drafter to join our in-house drafting team.

About the role

n

As a Cabinet Vision Drafter, you will be responsible for preparing accurate, detailed and production-ready documentation to ensure projects transition efficiently from drafting through to manufacture.

n

Working closely with our Project Managers, Production Team and other Drafters (team of 5 Drafters), you will ensure all documentation is complete, accurate and aligned with project specifications, approved designs and manufacturing requirements.

Key responsibilities

n

- Prepare detailed working and manufacturing drawings using Cabinet Vision
n
- Create accurate CNC files and production documentation for manufacture
n
- Prepare Bills of Materials and relevant information for purchasing
n
- Review and interpret architectural plans, specifications and project documentation
n
- Ensure dimensions, materials, hardware and construction details are accurately documented
n
- Liaise with Project Managers and internal teams to obtain and clarify project-specific information
n
- Identify discrepancies, missing information and potential production issues prior to manufacture
n
- Ensure documentation complies with approved designs, specifications and design intent
n

About you

n





We are looking for an experienced Drafter with a strong understanding of cabinetry manufacturing and the ability to produce accurate documentation that can move confidently through to production.

n

The successful candidate will ideally have:

n

n
- A minimum of 2 years' experience using Cabinet Vision
n
- Experience producing detailed cabinetry and joinery documentation for manufacture
n
- A sound understanding of cabinetry construction and manufacturing processes
n
- Experience with CNC machinery and screen-to-machine production processes
n
- The ability to confidently read and interpret architectural and construction drawings
n
- Strong knowledge of cabinetry materials, hardware and industry-standard construction methods
n
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
n
- Clear and professional communication skills
n
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
n
- Cabinetmaking or practical joinery experience will be highly regarded
n
