We're on the lookout for a talented Commercial Lawyer or Senior Associate with 3-10+ years post-admission experience to join our close-knit team based on the sunny Gold Coast. Your Role Will Include:

You'll work across a broad range of quality commercial and property matters, including:

n

Advising clients on all areas of commercial law:

n

n
- Business sales and acquisitions
n
- Retail and commercial leasing
n
- Shareholder and partnership agreements
n
- Franchising, buy/sell agreements
n
- Structuring, loans, licences and more
n

n

Managing high-quality property files, including:

n

n
- QLD and NSW conveyancing (residential and commercial)
n
- Off-the-plan transactions and developments
n
- Inter-family property transfers
n
- Overseeing conveyancing and leasing teams and providing mentorship
n
- Providing commercially-sound legal advice with a strong client service focus
n




- Maintaining attention to detail and managing competing priorities with ease
n
- Working directly with our directors to continue building a high-performing, positive team
n

Who You Are:

- A commercial and/or property lawyer with 3-10+ years' PAE
n
- Senior Associates are strongly encouraged to apply - your experience will be highly regarded
n
- We are open to talking to Associates around 3+ PAE and can adpat the role to suit
n
- Adept at managing client relationships and leading files from start to finish
n
- Business-savvy, pragmatic, and proactive
n
- Great with people - both clients and colleagues
