Job Description

As an Assistant Property Manager at Raine and Horne Ingleburn, you will play a crucial role in managing the leasing and property management portfolio. This full-time position is based in Ingleburn, NSW 2565, and will see you working closely with landlords and tenants and property managers to ensure a seamless leasing experience.

What you'll be doing

Proactively market and promote available rental properties to prospective tenants

n

Conduct property inspections and liaise with landlords to understand their requirements

n

Process rental applications, conduct tenant reference checks, and facilitate the signing of leases

n

Provide exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants

n

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's property management system

n

Collaborate with the broader property management team to deliver a high-quality service

n

What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience in a similar property leasing or real estate role

Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities

n

Proficiency in using property management software and databases

n

A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

n

A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
