Job Description

Shearform in Australia seeks a Fabrication Business Manager to lead on-site fabrication operations, ensuring projects meet time, cost and quality targets. You will work with skilled fabricators, welders, engineers and inspectors, preparing estimates, reviewing tenders, and procuring materials.

Role requires a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) with at least 5 years in steel fabrication, solid leadership, and CAD/Nesting proficiency.
