Fetch Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Civil Labourers and Multi-Skilled Plant Operators for ongoing Bruce Highway works across the Cardwell and Innisfail region.
We are looking for reliable candidates with civil construction experience who are available for ongoing project work.
Positions Available
CW2 Skilled Civil Labourer
- General civil construction and labouring duties
- Assist with earthworks, drainage and road construction
- Spotting plant and supporting operators
- Site preparation and clean-up
- Previous civil/roadworks experience required
CW4 Multi-Skilled Plant Operator
- Roller
- Moxy
- Excavator
- Front End Loader
- Watercart
- Candidates who can operate multiple machines are highly regarded
- Previous roadworks and bulk earthworks experience preferred
- Ongoing Bruce Highway project work
- Consistent hours
- Chance to work on major road infrastructure projects
Requirements
- Previous civil construction experience
- Relevant plant tickets and competencies
- Construction White Card
- Valid driver's licence
- Reliable transport
- Strong safety focus
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work as part of an experienced civil crew
