Industrial Cleaner – Kwinana Beach

3Clean is seeking 2 reliable cleaners to join our team at an industrial site in Kwinana Beach, starting next week.

This is a consistent weekday role suited to someone who is dependable, takes pride in their work and is comfortable working within an industrial environment.

Hours

- Monday to Friday
- 2:00pm – 5:00pm
- 15 hours per week
- Starting Monday, 28 September 2026

Key Responsibilities

- General cleaning of industrial site facilities
- Cleaning offices, amenities, crib areas and common areas
- Vacuuming, mopping and surface cleaning
- Bathroom and toilet cleaning
- Emptying bins and general waste removal
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the site
- Following all site safety procedures

Requirements

- Must have your own high-visibility workwear
- Must have your own safety boots
- Reliable transport to and from Kwinana Beach
- Reliable,



punctual and able to work Monday to Friday
- Comfortable working in an industrial setting
- Previous commercial or industrial cleaning experience is preferred, but not essential

Employment & Payment

This position is paid every Monday through payroll via TFN (Tax File Number).
