THE CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER ROLE:

- Managing relationships across a portfolio of 15+ clients
- Acting as the key point of contact between clients and internal delivery teams
- Running client meetings, providing updates and talking through campaign performance
- Working closely with specialists across Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO
- Confidently understanding and communicating digital marketing strategies to clients
- Identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance and overall client results
- Managing expectations, timelines and deliverables across multiple accounts
- Building strong,



long-term relationships that support client retention and growth
- No business development or cold calling – this is focused on client relationships, retention and delivery
