We're part of a close-knit, independently-owned group with practices in Whyalla, Kensington Park and Stepney, working with the latest dental technology to deliver everything from family dentistry to complex restorative care.

We're after an experienced, confident Clinical Coordinator to lead our clinical team: someone who thrives on keeping a busy practice running smoothly, loves mentoring the people around them, and wants a genuine path forward in their career.

What you'll be doing

- Leading the floor — overseeing day-to-day clinical operations, staff, surgeries and resources.
- Coordinating the team — delegating duties, running daily and weekly checklists, and keeping things on track.
- Rostering — scheduling staff across clinical and non-clinical roles.
- Training & mentoring — onboarding new team members and helping existing ones grow.
- Stock & suppliers — managing ordering, with bonuses on offer for savings you find.
- Compliance — keeping infection control and equipment standards front of mind.
- Leading by example — being the calm,



professional voice the team can rely on.

About you

- Previous dental assisting experience — Certificate III highly regarded, though not essential
- Licence to Operate Radiation Apparatus is a bonus, not a deal-breaker
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Calm under pressure, with the initiative to take ownership
- A genuine people person with strong communication skills
- Happy to travel occasionally between Mount Barker, Kensington Park and Stepney
