Responsibilities: Surface Roles: Carrying out preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing on underground equipment Diagnosing and repairing faults on equipment, including haul trucks, loaders, excavators, and ancillary gear Component change-outs (engines, transmissions, hydraulics, final drives) AWE is currently seeking experienced Underground HD Fitters, Auto Electricians & Drill Fitters for opportunities across the Northern Territory. Responsibilities: Surface Roles: Carrying out preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing on underground equipment Diagnosing and repairing faults on equipment, including haul trucks, loaders, excavators, and ancillary gear Component change-outs (engines, transmissions, hydraulics, final drives) Underground Roles: Breakdown diagnostics and fault finding on underground mobile equipment Maintenance and repair of loaders, trucks, drills,



and ancillary gear Hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting in confined environments Air-conditioning servicing and repairs Working in rapid-paced conditions with a strong focus on safety and uptime What's on Offer 8/6 Rosters Available Your choice of Surface or Underground work Ongoing and long-term opportunities with Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients Competitive hourly rates (up to $105/hr depending on experience) Exposure to leading OEM equipment (CAT, Sandvik, Epiroc, Komatsu) To be considered, you must hold the following: Current Australian Driver's Licence. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. Experience with mining & heavy equipment. Australian Recognised Trade Certificate (Heavy Diesel/Mobile Plant/Auto electrical). Ability to pass full pre-employment medical & drug/alcohol screening.
