Automotive Wholesale Sales Executive
to join our growing team.
This is an opportunity for an established automotive sales professional who knows how to build relationships, negotiate deals and identify opportunities in a fast-moving vehicle market.
You’ll be responsible for managing the complete sales process while also sourcing and purchasing vehicles, developing strong industry relationships and maximising both sales volume and profitability.

The Role
Managing vehicle sales from enquiry through to settlement
Sourcing and purchasing vehicles from dealerships, auctions and industry contacts
Negotiating purchase and sale prices to maximise profitability
Building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, customers and industry partners
Identifying new sales and purchasing opportunities
Conducting market research and vehicle valuations
Achieving monthly sales, gross profit and performance targets
Managing your sales pipeline and following up opportunities
Completing all purchase and sales documentation accurately
Maintaining accurate CRM and DMS records
Monitoring stock levels, vehicle movements and stock ageing
Coordinating vehicle preparation, transport and customer handovers
Working closely with Accounts, Administration and Operations
Resolving customer enquiries and issues professionally
Contributing to team performance and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
An understanding of vehicle valuations and market trends
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
A commercial mindset with a focus on profitability
Confidence working autonomously and achieving KPIs
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Resilience and the ability to perform in a fast-paced sales environment
Professional presentation and a strong work ethic
A current Australian Driver Licence
Experience purchasing or sourcing vehicles will be highly regarded.
