This entry-level position is designed for someone who is new to the industry and eager to learn, develop their skills and gain practical experience within a supportive, high-performing environment.
The primary focus of the role will be lead generation—connecting with people, building relationships and identifying new business opportunities. You will receive structured training, coaching and hands‑on experience to help you understand the complete real estate sales process.
About the Role As a Sales Cadet, you will:
Undertake daily lead-generation and prospecting activities
Make outbound calls to prospective buyers, sellers and property owners
Build relationships with people in the Mudgee community
Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities
Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities within the databaseAssist with buyer enquiries, open homes and property inspections
Support the sales team with campaigns and day‑to‑day activities
Learn the complete sales process, from prospecting through to settlement
Participate in structured Sales Academy training and coaching
Represent the McGrath brand professionally in every interaction
About You You do not need previous real estate experience. We are looking for someone who:
