Talent International is partnering with a leading international bridal retailer to recruit an experienced

Assistant Store Manager (Customer Experience Manager) . This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate retail leader to join a premium bridal boutique, working in a beautiful fashion-focused environment where exceptional customer experience is at the heart of everything they do. This is a permanent position based in Rosebery, Inner Southern Sydney.

The Role Working alongside the Store Manager, you will help lead the day-to-day operations, sales performance and customer experience of the boutique.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead, coach and motivate a team of bridal stylists

Drive sales performance and achieve store targets

Deliver an exceptional, personalised experience for every bride

Support recruitment, training and development of the team

Manage customer enquiries, follow-ups and escalations

Coordinate in-store events, promotions and trunk shows





Maintain exceptional merchandising and presentation standards

About You You will ideally have:

3-5 years' retail management experience

A strong background in sales and customer service

Proven leadership and team coaching skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

A passion for fashion, styling and premium customer experiences

Strong organisation and attention to detail

Flexibility to work weekends and evenings

Experience within

bridal, fashion, luxury or apparel retail

would be highly regarded but is not essential.
