Responsibilities:

- Work autonomously and be responsible for purchasing items and materials from local (Australian) andinternational suppliers.
- Seek suppliers through online ecommerce websites .
- Coordination of logistics
- Liaising with customs broker and freight forwarder re shipments, custom clearance and delivery.
- Review our existing product offering and identify sales opportunities by introducing new products currently not available in the current range.
- Communicating with internal stakeholders regarding the status of shipments (warehouse, product and sales teams).




- Completing other administrative tasks on an ad-hoc basis.

Essential Qualities:

- 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience in the hardware or the automotive industry is preferred
- Proven ability toprioritise many tasks at once througheffective problem solving andstrong organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience developing key relationships
- Advanced experience in Excel
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
