Action Workforce is currently seeking an experienced and safety-focused HR Drivers to join our clients operation located Brisbane Airport. This role involves the safe and efficient delivery of general freight throughout Brisbane and surrounding areas, ensuring all freight is delivered accurately, professionally, and on schedule.

The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading freight, completing multiple daily deliveries and pickups, operating handheld scanning devices, and maintaining accurate delivery documentation. A strong commitment to workplace safety, customer service, and compliance with transport procedures is essential.

This is a casual position offering consistent full-time hours, with a genuine pathway to permanent employment for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities





- Complete multi-drop deliveries and pickups throughout Brisbane and surrounding regions
- Safely load and unload freight, including manual handling tasks
- Conduct vehicle pre-start inspections and safety checks each shift
- Operate handheld devices to scan, track, and manage freight movements
- Accurately complete delivery paperwork and run sheets
- Provide exceptional customer service at all delivery locations
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety policies and procedures

Skills & Experience

- Current HR Driver Licence
- Previous experience in multi-drop freight delivery operations
- Strong knowledge of load restraint requirements and transport compliance
- Demonstrated commercial truck driving experience
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused approach to work
- Sound knowledge of the Brisbane region and surrounding areas highly regarded
- Commitment to following safe work practices and company procedures
