You’ll engage Endocrinologists, Cardiologists and Gastroenterologists across both public and private hospitals, representing a leading cardiometabolic portfolio across diabetes and obesity.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Driving territory performance through specialist engagement, hospital visits, clinical discussions and strategic call planning
- Building long‑term relationships with Endocrinologists, Cardiologists, Gastroenterologists and hospital teams
- Executing territory plans aligned to national sales and marketing strategy
- Identifying new prescriber groups treating chronic metabolic conditions
- Monitoring competitor activity and adapting your approach to maximise impact
- Collaborating cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Market Access,



Medical and Regulatory
- Maintaining accurate reporting across CRM, Medicines Australia requirements and internal systems

About the Territory

You’ll manage a diverse hospital‑focused territory spanning: South Brisbane

- Brisbane City
- Gold Coast
- Northern NSW
- Tweed Heads
- Toowoomba
- Ipswich

This role requires regular travel and strong autonomy, supported by a high‑performing QLD team.

Who This Suits

An experienced, commercially driven HSR who brings:

- 3+ years’ ethical pharmaceutical sales experience, ideally hospital or specialist
- Tertiary qualifications in Science, Nursing, Paramedical or Business (preferred)
- Strong clinical communication skills and confidence discussing complex disease areas
- High learning agility, curiosity and resilience
- Proven territory management capability and a track record of exceeding targets
- Residency in Brisbane South/East or nearby
- A valid driver’s licence and full Australian working rights
