Key Responsibilities

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Coordinating international air and sea freight shipments
n
- Communicating with clients and overseas agents
n
- Liaising with shipping lines, airlines, depots, transport providers and other service partners
n
- Monitoring shipments and ensuring cargo progresses through the supply chain within required timeframes
n
- Providing proactive shipment updates to clients
n
- Managing client order and shipment status reports
n
- Lodging Air and Sea Cargo Reports
n
- Qualifying, accruing and processing supplier invoices
n
- Managing and developing relationships with assigned key customers and relevant contacts within their businesses
n
- Identifying and resolving operational issues before they impact the customer
n

What We're Looking For

n

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

n

n
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in international freight forwarding
n
- A strong commitment to customer service
n
- A professional and positive attitude
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Strong attention to detail
n
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
n
- The ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
n
- The ability to work independently while also contributing to a team
n
- A genuine interest in developing a long-term career within the business
n
- CargoWise experience is highly desirable
n

About the Role

This is a full-time, office-based position.

Salary: Commensurate with experience.
