You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional healthcare, mentoring support staff, and driving clinical services within the local community. Working closely alongside the experienced Pharmacy Manager, you will work in a collaborative setting making a genuine impact on patient care.

Key responsibilities
n
Dispense medications accurately and efficiently while counseling patients on safe usage
n
Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily operations and maintain high standards of care
n
Deliver key clinical services including Immunizations, Webster packing, and MedsChecks
n
Ensure strict adherence to QCPP compliance and quality frameworks
n
Provide leadership and guidance to pharmacy assistants and dispensary technicians
n
About you
n
Hold a current,
unrestricted General Registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA
n
Immunization provider certification (highly desirable or willing to obtain)
n
Strong communication skills with a passion for building lasting community relationships
n
A proactive attitude towards clinical services and continuous improvement
n
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
n
