About the Role You'll be an key part of the dispensing team,



helping patients find the right eyewear and providing the friendly, professional service the practice is known for.
n Your role will include:

n

n
- Frame selection and styling
n
- Lens recommendations and advice
n
- Optical dispensing
n
- Adjustments and repairs
n
- Patient service and follow-up
n
- General optical retail and practice duties
n

n

The practice currently uses Sunix and is planning to transition to Optomate in early 2027.
n Roster & Hours There is flexibility around the roster, including the opportunity to arrange consecutive days off for a better work–life balance.

n

n
- Monday–Friday: generally 9:00am–5:30pm or 9:30am–5:30pm
n
- Thursday: 9:30am–5:30pm or 10:00am–6:00pm
n
- Saturday: 9:00am–2:00pm – ideally one Saturday per fortnight
n
- Sunday: 10:00am–2:00pm
n

About the Practice Forestway Optometry is a well-established independent practice with an experienced team including:

- 2 part-time optometrists
n
- 3 part-time optical dispensers
n
- A relaxed and friendly working environment
n
- A strong focus on patient care and teamwork
n

Who We're Looking For Ideally, you'll have previous optical dispensing experience, although we're also interested in hearing from people with the right attitude and customer service skills.
n You'll be someone who is:
