We are looking for an experienced Pathology Collector to service Hervey Bay and surrounding areas. Your duties will be to take blood and other specimens from patients including performing ECGs and Holter monitors.
Key responsibilities
Collection of blood and other samples from patients
Performing ECGs, ABP and Holter monitors
Processing of Pathology Specimens
Clerical duties and Process paperwork
Communicate with the team and referring Doctors
About you
Venepuncture experience essential with vacutainer method
Experience in ECGs ABP and Holter monitors
Ability to work alone and as part of a busy team
Ability to provide dedication to patient care and service delivery
Ability to demonstrate organization and problem-solving skills
Ability to priorities and work under pressure
Basic computer skills
Comply with Work Health and Safety
