As a Disability Support Worker, you’ll support people with complex needs living in Supported Independent Living to build skills, routines and confidence. At their pace, in their way. You’ll be trusted to: Build strong, respectful relationships Support daily living, personal care and community participation Follow explicit behaviour support and safety plans Work as part of a stable, communicative team This role is for you if: You’re confident supporting people with complex needs You stay calm when things don’t go to plan You value consistency, communication and trust You believe dignity and choice should always come first In return, you’ll receive: Supportive leadership that listens and responds SCHADS Award pay (Home Care Level 3–4) Enjoy flexible work?
