Our opportunity: Educational leader - Bachelor qualified - Centre wide focus on Pedagogy and Practice

We are seeking experienced, passionate and imaginativeEducational Leader tohelp open our brand-new purpose-built childcare center in Strathpine. This role will be:

- responsible for the developing, designing and implementing of our education program.
n
- To be a mentor and support for all educators.
n
- Building relationships with our families and assisting with learning difficulties and development of all children.
n

About you:





n

Experience:

n

Minimum 2 years' experience as an Educational Leader with a solid understanding and experience to focus on the Pedagogy practice in the center.

n

Qualification:

n

Completed Bachelor's degree in early childcare education

n

Skills:

n

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

n

Vision:

n

A passion for early childhood education and a genuine commitment to creating a respectful, inclusive, and nature-focused environment

n

Compliance:

n

An understanding of relevant regulatory requirements, including the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations

n
