Reporting directly to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor, you will handle full-function AR while managing collections with a customer-centric focus.**Responsibilities include:*** Proactively contact customers via phone and email regarding outstanding accounts, resolving payment queries, and negotiating payment arrangements while maintaining positive client relationships.* Accurately post, match, and allocate daily customer payments across bank accounts.* Maintain up-to-date customer records, reconcile ledger balances, and resolve invoice discrepancies promptly.* Serve as a primary point of contact for customer billing inquiries, delivering professional, solutions-focused customer service.* Assist the team with month-end reconciliations, ledger reviews, and reporting.**About you – Skills,
