Our client is a well-established and highly regarded law firm seeking an experienced Commercial Disputes Associate to join its regional office on a permanent basis. You will play a key role within a busy disputes practice, handling a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters for a diverse client base.

Requirements

n

- Approximately 4-6 years' PQE in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
n




- Demonstrable experience managing a varied caseload independently.
n
- Solid commercial awareness and the ability to provide strategic, risk-based advice to clients.
n
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills, including experience of court proceedings.
n
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships while effectively managing competing priorities.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Qualified solicitor holding (or eligible to hold) a current practising certificate.
n
- Law degree, GDL, or equivalent legal qualification.
n
- Completion of the LPC, SQE, or equivalent professional qualification pathway.
