The ROLE

We are currently looking for a number of Site Engineers to join our team and grow their career with us. Responsibilities include the following:

- Assists with planning and construction phases of the project.
- Monitor progress, andsupport efficient use of labour, plant and equipment.
- Set up project quality controls in accordance with Project Specifications.
- Manage ITPs, inspections and engineering records, and ensure works meet specifications, standards and contractual requirements with minimal rework and NCRs.
- Inspectwork to verify it matches technical drawings, plans, and regulatory standards.
- Ensure that all activities are completed in a safe and efficient way.
- Any other duties or tasks as reasonably directed.

About YOU

- Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 2+ years or more relevant experience in civil construction industry.
- Overall understanding of civil engineering principals.
- Positive knowledge of regulatory governance, legislative requirements, codes of practice and compliance requirements.
- Highly developed communication skills both written and verbal to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues and management.
- A growing understanding of construction sequencing, methodologies and technical risk management.
- Willingness to learn and ability to adapt to project needs.
