Hatch in Sydney is seeking a motivated Graduate Civil Engineer to join the Highways & Bridges Group for 2026/27. You will contribute to innovative infrastructure projects, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and develop your professional chartership while gaining hands-on experience.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or nearing completion), solid academic performance, leadership and teamwork skills, and a willingness to travel within Australia.
