About the Role

n

We are seeking a full-time HR/HC Delivery Driver to join our Logistics team.

n

This is more than a standard driving role. You will deliver Grainline equipment to dealers and farms across Australia, working with specialised and often challenging loads while representing Grainline directly with our customers.

n

The role involves regular interstate travel, with deliveries throughout New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia and Western Australia.

n

You will also assist with equipment assembly, minor servicing, repairs and general logistics or yard duties when required.

n

Reporting to the Logistics Coordinator, you key responsibilities will include:

n

- Safely and efficiently delivering Grainline equipment to dealers and customers across Australia.
n
- Loading and unloading trucks and equipment.
n
- Applying appropriate load restraint techniques for oversized, unusual and specialised loads.
n
- Ensuring equipment is transported safely and protected from damage.
n
- Completing required delivery, transport and compliance documentation.
n
- Conducting basic vehicle and equipment inspections.
n
- Assisting customers and dealers during deliveries.
n
- Supporting in-field assembly, minor servicing and repairs where required.
n




- Assisting with general logistics, yard and operational duties between deliveries.
n
- Maintaining Grainline vehicles and equipment in a clean and skilled condition.
n

About You

n

We are looking for a reliable, practical and adaptable person who takes pride in doing the job properly.

n

Licenses and Experience

n

n
- Current HR or HC Driver Licence.
n
- HC licence is highly regarded.
n
- Demonstrated safe driving history.
n
- Current Forklift Licence is preferred.
n
- Experience transporting machinery, agricultural equipment, oversized loads or unusual freight would be highly regarded.
n
- Experience with load restraint is highly regarded.
n

- Strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving ability.

- Confidence loading, restraining and transporting challenging loads.
n
- Strong safety awareness.
n
- Reliable and able to work independently while travelling.
n
- Positive attitude and professional customer-service approach.

- Good communication and time-management skills.
n
- Physically capable of completing the requirements of the role.
n
- Willingness to assist outside normal driving duties when required.

Availability

- Willing and able to travel regularly throughout Australia.

- Comfortable spending multiple nights away from home during the working week.

- Flexibility around delivery schedules and changing operational requirements.
