About the Role

n

Lynk Global is recruiting on behalf of an established civil contractor seeking an experienced Dozer Operators to join their site team in Gold Coast & Beaudesert.

n

This is a full-time role working across residential subdivision and civil construction projects, operating dozers safely and efficiently as part of an experienced site team.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Operating dozers across civil construction and subdivision projects
n
- Bulk earthworks, cut and fill, spreading and site preparation
n
- Trimming and shaping batters, pads and site levels
n
- Working to site plans, levels and specifications
n
- Working safely around other plant, personnel and infrastructure
n
- Completing daily pre-starts and basic machine checks
n




- Working closely with supervisors and other plant operators
n
- Maintaining a robust focus on safety, productivity and quality
n

What You'll Bring

- Proven experience operating dozers in civil construction
n
- Strong experience in bulk earthworks and site preparation
n
- Confident working to levels and site requirements
n
- Relevant plant/operator tickets
n
- Construction White Card
n
- Valid driver's licence
n
- Good understanding of site safety requirements
n
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team
n
- Takes pride in their equipment and quality of work
n

n

Experience working on residential subdivisions, civil infrastructure, roadworks, bulk earthworks or similar projects will be highly regarded.
