What you’ll be doing You’ll play an important role in keeping our practice running beautifully, including:

Welcoming patients with a warm and friendly approach

Managing appointments, bookings and patient enquiries

Answering phones and emails

Processing payments and Medicare/private health billing

Maintaining accurate patient information

Liaising with doctors, nurses and the wider team

Helping with the smooth day-to-day running of the practice

Providing the kind of patient experience that makes people want to come back
