Proven experience in retail, sales or customer service A genuine love and understanding of our brand Strong merchandise disciplines Cooperative team player Is confident and comfortable in making autonomous decisions when required Able to demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with colleagues at all levels of the business Well groomed individual with a good understanding of trends, fashion and competitors A 'can do' attitude Is able to demonstrate flexibility and innovation in reacting positively to changing work demands Must have Australian work rights Please note that you will be required to work a mixture of Thursday evenings, weekdays and weekends. Key responsibilities include:





Greeting and assisting customers with their shopping needs Providing detailed product information and recommendations Maintaining a clean and organized store environment Operating the POS and handling transactions Restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels Assisting with visual merchandising and product displays Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly opening and closing procedure of store This role:

Understand all in store retail operations Understand policy & procedures Is Hands on, energetic & vibrant Has prior experience in retail Has the ability to create a positive team environment Has the ability to motivate and influence the team you work with every day Have the ability to achieve and exceed KPI's Has solid experience to drive amazing customer service Demonstrates a "team player" attitude Previous VM experience Basic visual merchandising experience required
