Business Support Officer

Full-time, 12 WeekContract Join a fast-paced team supporting a government-funded assistance program, delivering high-quality administrative and customer service support to applicants and stakeholders. This role combines application processing, data entry, payment administration, and phone-based customer support. Key Responsibilities

Assess and process applications against program guidelines and eligibility criteria. Verify customer, travel, accommodation, and payment information. Maintain accurate records, case notes, and system updates. Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email. Resolve routine issues and elevate complex matters as required. Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and recordkeeping requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement and service excellence initiatives. About You

Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. Experience processing applications, claims, payments,



or similar administrative work. Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment. Comfortable using multiple systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications. Experience in government, healthcare, grants, concessions, or payment processing environments is highly regarded. About the Role
