APSO in Melbourne is seeking a Virtual Receptionist to join a close-knit call centre team at Kings Business Park, Southbank. You will manage approximately 120 inbound calls daily, transfer calls per client instructions, and perform reception tasks for multiple clients in a up-to-date hub.

You will also serve as a medical receptionist for one client and conduct legal enquiry screens for another, building depth in telephony work with a stable, long-term focus.
