Receptionist will be responsible for: Responding to telephone calls, appointments, emails, faxes Invoicing and receipting End of day settlements End of day banking Scanning Personal Attributes:



Medical receptionist experience preferred but not essential Experience using Best Practice highly desirable however not essential Able to multi-task and enjoy a busy environment Reliable and conscientious Well presented Able to work in a team environment and or autonomously Excellent communication and customer service skills Energetic, effective, empathetic and patient focused Undertake all duties in a diligent manner, with honesty and integrity Benefits & Culture On the job training Work with vibrant team of professionals that have a passion for the community and making a difference in the lives of others The position is available for an immediate start.
