Previous experience working as a Chef in a commercial kitchen workplace. Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal All staff must have to be willing to obtain a Food Safety Certificate and FOH staff must have or be willing to obtain a NSW RSA. All labourers must have a valid white card.
