Provide friendly customer service Serve and package donuts and other products Prepare coffee and beverages Operate the POS and process customer transactions Keep the store clean, organised and well-presented Restock products and assist with daily store duties Work as part of a supportive team What We’re Looking For
Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience Previous barista/coffee experience is preferred not required Friendly and customer-focused attitude Valuable communication and teamwork skills Reliable and willing to learn POS or cash-handling experience is a plus Availability
Monday to Friday 10:00am–6:00pm Flexible availability is highly valued Consistent availability during these hours is required If you’re reliable, friendly and enjoy working with customers, we’d love to hear from you. Screening Questions
