We are seeking a

reliable, motivated and enthusiastic person who genuinely enjoys working outdoors and has an interest in horticulture .

This is an opportunity to work with a qualified and passionate horticulturist and small business owner, gaining practical experience across a diverse range of gardens while developing and refining your skills along the way.

What the role involves

Pruning and trimming

Hedging

Planting

Mulching and fertilising

Lawn mowing and edging

Use of lawn mowers, blowers, whipper snippers and hedging equipment

Maintenance of irrigation systems

You'll be working in a variety of residential gardens, so an eye for detail and genuine pride in your work are important.

About you

Qualified in Horticulture (Degree, Diploma or Certificate), currently undertaking horticultural studies, or has at least two years' relevant industry experience

Reliable, punctual and enthusiastic





Physically capable of performing the requirements of garden maintenance work

A good communicator who is comfortable working with clients and as part of a small team

Interested in learning and developing their horticultural skills

Respectful of clients, their homes and their gardens

Detail-oriented and takes genuine pride in the quality of their work

Comfortable working independently when required, while also being a collaborative team member

Legally entitled to work in Australia

The holder of a Victorian driver's licence with access to your own vehicle

Most importantly, we're looking for the right person and attitude.
