Medical Receptionist – Leadership Pathway / 2IC Sinnamon Park Medical Centre

has proudly been servicing Brisbane’s western suburbs for over 25 years, and we’re looking for an experienced

Medical Receptionist

to join our friendly and supportive team, with the opportunity to grow into a

2IC/leadership role .

This position would suit someone who is looking to take the

next step in their medical administration career

and would enjoy learning alongside our Practice Manager with the potential to progress into a leadership position.

About the role You’ll be an important part of our front-of-house team, responsible for:

Welcoming patients and providing exceptional customer service

Managing appointments, phones and patient enquiries

Using

Best Practice

for patient records and administration

Processing medical billing and payments

Supporting our doctors and clinical team

Opening and closing the practice

Assisting with day-to-day practice operations

Learning and developing your skills in

practice management and leadership





About you We’re looking for someone who has:

2–3+ years’ medical reception experience

Experience in general practice, specialist clinics or hospitals

Best Practice and medical terminology knowledge

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A proactive, reliable and positive attitude

The confidence and willingness to

step into leadership and take on additional responsibility

Australian permanent residency
