Landscape Maintenance – Mower Operators, Brushcutters & Gardeners Tanawha & Noosaville Depots | Multiple Roles | Great Work-Life Balance

About the Role We’re currently hiring multiple mower operators, brushcutters, and garden maintenance crew members for ongoing commercial work across the Sunshine Coast region.

Preferred applicants will have:

Zero-turn & out-front mower experience (highly regarded)

Strong brushcutting and edging skills

Experience with pruning, hedging, weeding, and chemical weed eradication

Confidence using standard landscaping tools and small machinery

Key Duties

Commercial mowing (zero-turn & out-front)

Brushcutting, edging, and general turf maintenance

Garden bed maintenance – including weeding, pruning,



hedging, and mulching

Weed spraying and plant health management

Secure operation and basic maintenance of machinery

You’ll Need

White Card (Construction Induction)

Open car licence (no interlocks or learner permits)

Reliable transport to depot or site

Proficient in English (for safety communication)

Physically fit, punctual, reliable and ready to work in all weather

Ability to follow direction, lead by example and safely contribute to a team environment

Preference given to those with:

ACDC Certification

TMI / Traffic Control or other relevant tickets

Certificate III in Horticulture (or related qualification in landscaping, parks/gardens, or turf management)

Prior experience in commercial landscaping or council contracts
