We're looking for caring and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our growing team.

About the Role

n

You'll support NDIS participants to live independently and achieve their goals through personalised care, community access, and daily living support. We specialise in high disability support needs, supporting participants living in SDA accommodation. Our team offers long shifts to ensure stability, consistency, and high-quality, person-centred care.



Shifts are available across a 24/7 roster, including sleepovers and weekends.

What You'll Bring

n

Experience in disability, mental health, or healthcare (preferred)

n

Certificate III in Individual Support - Disability (preferred)

n

Compassionate, respectful, and reliable approach

n

First Aid & CPR

n

Driver's licence, and own vehicle with comprehensive car insurance

n

Valid right to work in Australia

n
