Leading Hand – Class 2 Mixed-Use Development
A fantastic prospect for an experienced Leading Hand to join a multi-award-winning Tier 2 builder, working on a prestigious $40M Class 2 mixed-use development in Rosebery.
The project comprises high-quality luxury residential apartments, commercial spaces and basement construction, providing excellent exposure to a complex, large-scale development.
The Role
- Support the Site Manager in the day-to-day delivery and coordination of the project
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades and site activities
- Assist with construction planning, sequencing and programming
- Coordinate materials, deliveries and site logistics
- Monitor workmanship, quality and progress across the site
- Ensure construction activities are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and project requirements
- Conduct regular site inspections and assist with quality control
