This full time Restaurant Supervisor position at Arrows Restaurant @ The Bower Tree offers an exciting opportunity to take on a key leadership role within a dynamic hospitality business. As the Restaurant Supervisor (shared role) you will be jointly responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage quality. This role is based in Sippy Downs, QLD.

What you'll be doing

n

Supervise and coordinate the work of restaurant staff, including waiters and table service staff to ensure smooth and effective service

n

Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service

n

Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment

n

Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner

n

Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management

n

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations

n

Contribute to the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures

n

Support the overall business objectives and strategic goals of Boldbridge Group

n

What we're looking for

n

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Restaurant Supervisor or equivalent role

n

Strong leadership and people management skills,



with the ability to motivate and develop a team

n

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills

n

Proficient in cash handling, inventory management, and data analysis

n

Working knowledge of food safety and liquor licensing regulations

n

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

n

Flexibility to work a varied roster including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
