The Role

Based out of our Strathfield office, you’ll play a key role in estimating and tendering across a diverse range of basement, demolition, civil, infrastructure, subdivision and industrial projects. As a Senior Estimator, you’ll take ownership of tenders, pricing and cost planning while working closely with our construction and management teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates across a range of construction and civil projects
- Leading the pricing and submission of competitive tenders
- Reviewing project scopes, plans and specifications
- Managing subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Identifying project risks, opportunities and value-engineering solutions




- Working closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
- Supporting and mentoring junior estimators

What We’re Looking For

- Strong estimating experience across basements, demolition, civil, infrastructure, subdivisions and/or industrial projects
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies, costs and subcontractor pricing
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications and project documentation
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organisational skills
- Confident communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines
- A proactive, commercial and solutions-focused approach
