Northern Sydney Local Health District’s Brookvale Community Health Centre invites applications for a temporary part time nursing/health services role within a multidisciplinary community mental health team. You will contribute to triage, assessment, treatment, ongoing case management and discharge planning for individuals in our district.

Applicants must hold current AHPRA registration ( Psychology, Occupational Therapy, RN) and have experience in mental health assessment and crisis
