Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and passionate Senior Travel Consultant to join our team.

About the Role

n

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while planning and booking unforgettable travel experiences for our valued clients.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n




- Expertly plan and book domestic and international travel, including flights, cruises, escorted tours, coach tours, special interest travel, luxury holidays, family and multi-generational travel, group travel, corporate travel, conferences, and bespoke itineraries
n
- Provide personalised travel advice tailored to each client's needs, preferences, and travel goals
n
- Assist clients with travel insurance, documentation, and pre-departure preparation
n
- Manage client bookings, enquiries, and records with accuracy and attention to detail using internal systems
n
- Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries and resolve issues efficientlyBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
n
- Stay up to date with destinations, products, and industry developments
n
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales and performance goals
n

Skills and Experience

n

n
- Minimum 3 years experience in the travel industry preferred
n
- Experience using Sabre and Tramada is highly preferred
n
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, products, and suppliers
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine focus on client care
n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Confidence using travel systems and technology
n
- A passion for travel and delivering exceptional customer experiences
n
